Why is exercise good for us? It helps improve the quality of life and prolongs life span. Regular exercise enhances our immune system and makes us more immune to certain types of illnesses. Many people have many different sorts of fears. There is the fear of heights and the fear of spiders, to mention just two common phobias that people experience. Another type of fear that people have is the fear of accidents. This is just as it says. A person actually fears having an accident. What sort of accident?
