And this is finally the last part of the four part article series on the unusual techniques that amazingly work miraculously for your fitness and weigh loss goals. Let us have a short recap on the earlier articles. The first is by having a clearer vision of how you would like your body to become in a certain span of time. You should also have faith and love for the positive energy to flow in you.
The second step is by loving your current body and the objective of preparing your heart will be for the goal that you have in store within the next days, weeks, and months. Then everything will be easier and lighter for you. Love and faith will erase every trace of negativity that endangers to stop you from losing weight.
Now for the last and final step. This step is the easiest thing to think of but actually the hardest to follow. Staying committed is what I am talking about here. You need to redirect all of your energies towards your objectives in health and fitness.
For the next 3 weeks, you need to be firm with your commitment that you will be a person filled with love and kindness towards everybody. You should take note whenever you have a bad thought towards yourself and towards others. Immediately correct that thought and think positive. Reinforce the earlier steps that were discussed – faith and love.
So I hope you got something useful out of this weird article series, I know this may come a bit woo woo and I would probably say the same thing few years ago, but in the past few years I have been so blessed with so much success and joy and gratitude that I have become a true believer in these “woo woo” concepts. The evidence of this working is so Obvious and everywhere that it is impossible not to believe it, I suggest you take a “learning detour” and even if it sounds too weird to try, you try it for 3 weeks as a test run, and see the results in your life. What do you have to lose?
