The first step is to work out. You’ll want to work out around 4 times per week. Make sure you do both cardio and strength training. Try to stay away from the traditional exercises. For example, sit ups may really harm you much more than help you if done incorrectly. They put lots of excess pressure on your back and neck. Try doing some exercises with a fitness ball. These types of exercises will give you great gains.

Lower calories by 500-750 calories per day

Drink lots of water per day (at least 4 liters)

Eat organic if possible

Stay away from junk food

Plan your week in meals in advance

If you can follow these fundamental steps you’ll have fantastic results before you recognize it. Just make sure and do both the diet and exercises. One without the other and you’ll not get the results you desire.
