The Nutrisystem diet, simply put, will make you fat, unhealthy, and rob you of energy each and every day. Low calories mixed with processed foods will lead to a disaster. If you want to lose weight but get fatter, the Nutrisystem diet is perfect for you.

What are you really looking to achieve with the Nutrisystem Diet? Weight loss, right? Let me tell you why weight loss is not what you want. Listen up because this goes against the main stream here but it’s the truth.

When you try to use a low calorie diet to lose weight fast, it works. But that body weight you are losing comes in the form of lean muscle mass. You don’t lose body fat — you lose precious muscle mass. Not good.

Losing weight quickly through low calorie diets like Nutrisystem does not bode well for your lean muscle mass. You WILL look worse and feel worse. And you’ll wonder why in the world you ate food that tastes like dog food for 3 months.

Have I changed your mind about what you really want? Surely you don’t want to get fatter, right?

You do not want to lose lots of weight quickly. Why? Because you lose ots of muscle that way. You want to burn body fat and keep your muscle mass. You want to look better and feel better. You want to be healthy.

The goals I’ve listed for you above are what you should be focusing on… NOT fast weight loss. In order to reach those goals, you’ve got to focus on building muscle and burning fat. It’s that simple. This is not about fast weight loss. It’s not about how fast you can make that number on the scale go down. Nutrisystem has you focusing on all the WRONG things.

Weight lifting, a healthy diet, and aerobic exercise MUST be done in order to burn body fat as quickly as possible. Nutrisystem doesn’t include any of those, so there’s no way Nutrisystem will help you reach your goals.

Quick fixes don’t work when you’re trying to get a better looking and a better feeling body. The body doesn’t work well on low calorie diets. Take the correct path. Feed your body what it needs and burn the fat through exercise. That will give you results that last.
